Sometime after defeating Upper Moons Gyokko and Hantengu, Tanjiro Kamado awakens from one of his usual comas. While the demon slayers prepare for the upcoming Hashira Training Program, Tanjiro recovers quickly and is assigned a solo mission: to investigate a region in the mountains where people have been going missing for years.
Assuming Muzan Kibutsuji's forces are recuperating, Tanjiro gladly accepts, hoping to save more innocent lives from everyday demons. It doesn't take long for him to stumble upon a society known as the Eternal Paradise Faith.
Disclaimer: This is an attempt to capture the writing style of Demon Slayer and its creator, Koyoharu Gotouge. While it may not reflect my personal storytelling style, my goal is for it to feel like a legitimate 8-12 episode Demon Slayer arc. That said, I include my own writing style flair and take ownership of any original characters and the plotline itself. Please also note that there is some overlap between this arc and a couple of others, specifically the Swordsmith Village and Hashira Training arcs.

AKA, Tanjiro gets trapped within Douma's cult and must strategically fight his way out. And yes, the Tanjiro vs. Douma fight will probably end exactly how you think it will. And no, I will not be killing our main protagonist.

Our Destiny | After the Sunrise
One might think there's nothing harder than constant battles with demons. Yet, finding one's place in a world where you no longer have to risk your life every day will not be the simplest task either. How quickly will the former Demon Slayers be able to accept that they can live in a different way? And will it even be possible for them at all? That story is meant to give you a little bit of relief with the upcoming movies, to give our beloved characters a peaceful life. When brought to fight a foe that you were under prepared for, you find a familiar face in them. Stuck between wanting to die without another word or saying something. You let it all out regardless if your superior limited your every move. Now what would an old friend do in such a situation now that you guys are way off from a chance of redeeming any bond? The wheel of fate tries to find balance in between a on-going war. A demon with a demon slayer, nonetheless a Hashira at that; this violates code on both sides that were either written or just common sense. When attempting to work it out, you find each other to have a hard time even making it possible. Making the situation worse the longer you bond after lost time. Will your interactions contribute to Rengoku's life greatly and will be so that in your case? Highly don't recommend to not read this. This is bad stuff. And really stupid. You have been warned I've uploaded a rewrite Y/n and douma have been friends since the day y/n stepped in his temple. Douma have been staying at y/n house for some time. Because he felt lonely. Some years went by. Y/n went out to bring some fire wood so they can cook dinner. She was attacked by some creature. While that was happening something arrived at her house. It was muzan. He was there to kill her whole family and he did that. Then he turned Douma into a demon. After he left, y/n arrived 50 minutes after that. She finds her whole family dead except Douma. So she starts to run down the mountain to try to save him. But she hears growling that's coming from Douma. ------- Okay I got this idea from a fanfic about this and I wanted to change a lot of things . Basically this fanfic is really different from the other one. I'm not the best at descriptions. So please give it a chance. Also I read the manga so theirs gonna be manga spoilers.
