Sometime after defeating Upper Moons Gyokko and Hantengu, Tanjiro Kamado awakens from one of his usual comas. While the demon slayers prepare for the upcoming Hashira Training Program, Tanjiro recovers quickly and is assigned a solo mission: to investigate a region in the mountains where people have been going missing for years.
Assuming Muzan Kibutsuji's forces are recuperating, Tanjiro gladly accepts, hoping to save more innocent lives from everyday demons. It doesn't take long for him to stumble upon a society known as the Eternal Paradise Faith.
Disclaimer: This is an attempt to capture the writing style of Demon Slayer and its creator, Koyoharu Gotouge. While it may not reflect my personal storytelling style, my goal is for it to feel like a legitimate 8-12 episode Demon Slayer arc. That said, I include my own writing style flair and take ownership of any original characters and the plotline itself. Please also note that there is some overlap between this arc and a couple of others, specifically the Swordsmith Village and Hashira Training arcs.

AKA, Tanjiro gets trapped within Douma's cult and must strategically fight his way out. And yes, the Tanjiro vs. Douma fight will probably end exactly how you think it will. And no, I will not be killing our main protagonist.

Ok so this is based off of many stories that i have read. I wanted to make one of my own✨ sorry if its bad like i said im new to this! All minors are aged up to be in their middle 20's. Description: Tanjiro went off to the villiage to sell coal like he usally does. When he returns he finds his family to be slaughtered, everyone passes. Devastated tanjiro loses any emotion making him feel empty. When all hope seemed loss, something happened that could only be described as a mircle, somebody named yorichi a swordsman was willing to help tanjiro. With the help of his new teacher tanjiro rose that ranks fairly quickly meeting the hashira. Everyone was taken aback by his buety, eveybody wanted tanjiro for themselves... EVERYBODYYY Thats it. The boy tells him about his family being attacked. Giyu then trains the boy to become a demon slayer. Tanjiro and Giyu become much closer and they now trust one another. One day Giyu is sent to the mountains to kill a demon who is strong but not enough to be an upper rank. Giyu goes and doesn't return for days. Tanjiro is then called to the master's mansion for a meeting and is told that since he is the closest to Giyu he must go and try to find Giyu. Tanjiro then goes as he is told. As he climbs the mountains to find Giyu, the air becomes thicker and he is struggling to breathe. After struggling he finally finds Giyu, who is unconscious on the ground. He looks strange. Struggling with not only demons but their own problems and doubts. Plot armor isn't bad when you face so many other different challenges and you're at risk of losing many times. The wheel of fate tries to find balance in between a on-going war. A demon with a demon slayer, nonetheless a Hashira at that; this violates code on both sides that were either written or just common sense. When attempting to work it out, you find each other to have a hard time even making it possible. Making the situation worse the longer you bond after lost time.
