"I am the sword of the crown, the shield of the realm and protector of the people. Without doubt, without failure, I shall guard the innocents against the malignant forces of magic. I give my heart and soul to the righteous and pray for the Father's mercy, for I shall show none."

Sir Rolan Coytak, a paladin of the Holy Paladin Order of Farikesh, a seasoned and grizzled knight of twenty long years, is sent on a mission to the lands south of the Kingdom of Harliya, Amberfall, to investigate the rumours of blood magic. Travelling with his clumsy and naive squire, Rolan is greeted by many people, many with grace and dignity, others with suspicion.

He is told by the Baron of these lands, the young Simon Greycrow, about bandits in ruins deep within the Redwoods of Amber that may hold what he seeks. But as Rolan travels these dark, beautiful, eerie forests, he learns that magic is not the only problem these lands have.

Facing a great challenge as he uncovers the truth of the rumours, Rolan must make a decision that may haunt him for the rest of his life.

🔥🍷 In a world carved from fire and blood, every heart hides a blade, every promise drips with betrayal, and every shadow hides a storm. Loyalties are fragile. Love is lethal. And power is a crown soaked in blood. Bleedcrowns is a dark, relentless dance of desire, vengeance, and the monsters we keep inside.⚡ -------------------- "I'll burn the whole thing down if I have to." -Thorne "Do all your drinks come with that look, or just the ones you plan to steal hearts with?" -Thalor "Only the strong ones. The weak spill before I smile." -Sylsa "Even in my darkest moments, thinking of you is the light that guides me home, Solric!!" -Alora "And I will be that light for you, now and forever-no shadow can dim what we share." -Solric "Our lives will not be easy from here on." -Lyara "I cried for days until you forgave me." -Alenya "I know I'm hot. Your eyes will burn. Be careful." -Ysolde "No worries. Already burned, love!" -Kaenor "I am not the shadow that waits... I am the storm that devours." -Yzhera "Anyone who steps forward will be hurt!" -Thessia --------------- Six kingdoms. Six bloodlines. All cursed, all crowned. They were born of fire, shadow, beasts, and forgotten magic. Their power shaped the world. Their war nearly destroyed it. Now the heirs rise-some broken, some ruthless, some still burning. Old secrets are waking. Forbidden love bleeds into ancient hate. And the line between loyalty and betrayal grows thin.

A valley starves while a king blames a dragon and the river turns foul. Young knight Roblen climbs to a mountain cave to kill a beast and finds a guardian instead. Nathan lies weakened by poisoned water. In the chamber beyond, a stone vault bears the record of an old oath. A ruler once shared half a heart with the keeper of the valley, and prosperity followed truth. Roblen places his palm upon the cut and chooses to bind his life to the guardian. With healer Serenya, scholar Ceyrin, river man Garran, and captain Sir Kaelor, he follows a trail of marked casks and crooked stamps to the royal dock. The city wakes. Boards with charcoal rubbings hang in the market. Proof replaces rumor. The crown calls for curfew. The people answer with calm defiance. Poison burns at the pier while Nathan cleans the air with measured flame. The north shed fires, yet the watch and common hands save the yard and the names. Power shifts in the square. Steward Marna steps out with keys and courage and walks the ledge to renew the pact. Heart shares with heart. Rain returns. Fish noses break the surface. The crown is hammered into a bell. This is a story of oath and river, of a knight who lives long because he keeps a promise, and of a city that learns to guard truth with work rather than noise. The magic is old and quiet. The battles are fought on steps and docks and in the rooms where people decide what kind of neighbors they wish to be. The valley keeps its promise. The dragon keeps watch.
