Rylie's life is drastically changed when she meets Nick Bailey. The bad boy nearly ruins her life, but ultimately turns her into a stronger person. We are not defined by what we've been through, but by who we choose to become due to our experiences. One thing that's for sure, people can surprise you.
(This is a short story I actually wrote for English. There's a lot of sensitive topics discussed in this piece so BE WARNED. Overall, I hope y'all enjoy but understand why you may not be thrilled to read about said topics.)

Every Good Girl Needs A Bad Boy
Beth's life was simple: go through school to get out, meaning she does have to be a bit of a good-girl. Once she finds out that the high school crush of every pubescent girl is the son of her father's friend, she's suddenly treated like the Queen of England. Her routines change as she is no longer able to go through her senior year peacefully. Will everything go wrong? Will her life be changed by one of the hottest guys in school? Disclaimer: this story depicts bullying and abuse that I (a then 13 year old) was unbeknownst to exaggerated and socialized ignorance. I woke up this morning completely prepared for the day, right then and there I knew that the day was going to be strange. I never woke up screaming good morning to the world, I was a person who woke up looking like a hobo wanting to punch a wall. I got dressed up for some reason. I think it was mostly influenced by being the only matching clothes I had washed. I threw on some makeup and headed out the door. This is Rylie, she's a sarcastic "bad girl". Typical teenager, she's into her screaming music and she's a social little butterfly. Her life is suddenly flipped around when a new neighbor comes to town. He's a good looking wannabe bad boy, she slowly wraps him around to the dark side. He starts to make an impression on her, what will happen?
