after being captured by the shredder, torched, and locked up, when Mikey was rescued he tried his best to act how he did before, but he couldn't, he had been going insane, one day when left to his own thoughts, he remembered all of the times his brothers would yell at him, hit him, ignore him, call him names, ridicule him, and everytime he would try to defend himself or confront them, he'd be shoved to the side or he'd be told he's over-reacting, he was sick of it, he was sick of his brothers, he was sick of the kraang, he was sick of the stupid Shredder and his clan, he was sick of being a ninja who had to put his own life on the line for people who hated him for how he looked and he was sick having to deal with all of this at only 15 years old, he was sick of it, and he'd make it all go away...

Btw now that this fic is done, I literally made this bc I was in my I'm going insane so I'm projecting, faze, and I was listening to Melanie Martinez and the song milk and cookies made me think of the scene in "sugary cyanide" and that inspired the entire fic, so this wouldn't be possible without alleged r@pist Melanie Martinez💔👍

After a trip to the junkyard, Donnie and Mikey unknowingly bring home a small, wooden box. Accidentally opened, the box unleashes a thousand-year-old Demon whose only desire is to feed on the fear of others. Untouched for hundreds of years, the demon left the box and immediately turned his attention to finding the one thing he needed to get in touch with the human world. A host's body. Unfortunately for Donnie, the Demon chooses him for the coming haunting, feeding on the fear and slowly wearing down the young genius. Afraid of what his brothers will think if he complains about his 'nightmares' and 'demon hallucinations', Donnie thinks it best to keep his fears to himself. Without the help of his brothers, will Donnie be able to fight off the Demon? Will the Demon succeed in claiming Donnie's body for himself?
