Summer in Feudal Japan finds the demoness, Akiko, searching for information about her heritage and history - which, in truth, she does  every other season. But her monotonous cycle is abruptly interrupted when she encounters two strangers - one of them a powerful yet rather stoic dog demon that immediately deems her nothing but a nuisance, and the other a mysterious demon with a face that resembles hers.

I do my best that you can read this without familiarize InuYasha's story. Story starts where anime ended. Sesshomaru is cold and heartless daiyokai who hates humans. He found a middle aged Scandinavian women, Serene, from modern era who has somehow entered in the feudal era Japan. There are some mystical force what draws those two together. Their destiny is bound to each other, they just have to find a right road to walk. English isn't my first language, so there might be lots of mistakes.
