"Hey." Mara called out gently, eyes softening as she reached out and grabbed ahold of the Young Wolf's bicep and started to trace patterns across her exposed skin, "What's wrong?" 

The Young Wolf bite her lip but still did not look at her fiancée, the anxiety in her gut wouldn't let her, anxiety that's been there since she figured out what was happening with her. 

What if Mara didn't take the news well? 

What if, she didn't want to take this next step with her yet?

"My Wolf?" 

The Titan closed her eyes at the pleading tone she could hear in the monarch's voice, a tone that the Guardian was only ever privy to, only ever blessed to see this side of the Queen of the Reef. 

The kind, gentle and caring lover she could be. 

Despite herself, she felt her insides warm at her fiancée's voice and leaned into her touch as the Queen's hand began to move down her arm until it was wrapped around her waist. 

The Young wolf shakily exhaled and leaned back against the Awoken Monarch's chest before turning around and staring up into Mara's gorgeous cyan eyes. 

And all she saw was love and concern reflected back...

"I'm pregnant." She blurted out before her nerves could get the better of her, making her fiancée freeze in place. 

"...What?"
