Two years after the devastating Dance of Dragons, Aemond Targaryen, the fearsome Kinslayer, now sat upon the throne of Westeros. Driven by a desire to strengthen his House, he was confronted by a well known fact- all the dragons had been slain from the world, leaving only their precious eggs as a painful reminder.

Behind The One-Eyed Dragon
Aemond Targaryen - was not destined to rule. For his purpose in this war was far crueller. . . holding a tragic ending in a narrative that will commence in the distant days of the long winter. The gods had permanently chiselled his destiny onto stone, not even they could alter his (or the others) fate, which will destroy the legacy of the House of Dragon - the Targaryen bloodline. This bloodshed between dragons will be famously known in Westeros and the Seven Kingdoms; The Dance of Dragons. Aemond is a prince who cannot be trifled with. A one-eyed dragon that will not bend the knee or be tamed. And behind this one-eyed dragon was a cloaked lady who acted according to the gods' will - preventing Aemond and the other Targaryens from straying away from the path that was set long ago. That being said, her attachment to the second prince will make it difficult for her to watch him walk the road that he was destined to tred.
