Loss is painful, sometimes to the point of insanity. TW: Suicide, schizophrenia, loss, dealing with and struggling with loss, insanity, and mention of death. If you, yourself, is going through a hard time and need someone to talk to, the suicide hotline is 988. Or, if it is an emergency situation, I suggest dialing 911, or whatever emergency number is for you. You are not alone, there is always a better option, you are loved.
