Growing up in a super religious household was not easy when she was battling depression. Her parents refused to get her the help she needed because it would "look bad on the family". She never thought she'd make a friend through the suicide hotline. Or that her friend would change her life forever! Something inside him snapped when she called him from the hospital after a suicide attempt.
