Yet, they are always ruined by the imperfections that stopped them from tapping into the potential they have, wrought on only by the weakness of their morality, absolute foolishness and inner weaknesses of their sin...

In an age where pirates runs amok in an adventure, marines trying to enforce order in ways that are either honorable or corrupt and innocent people becoming nothing but victims to the many threats arise, one being has attained the key to true evolution for mankind to shed away the weakness and become something much more...

Little is known on who he is and even asked, it is stated that he completely forgot but regardless, Tempest Leviathan is an ambitious being who only cares about his dreams of overthrowing the old order and replace it with his own...

A transhuman abomination who had achieved an apotheosis between man and an ancient race that are likened to gods in ancient times, Tempest is determined to take everything by storm as he shall create, evolve and dominate all in the pursuit of his own ambition and he doesn't care what he has to sacrifice to get things done...

And that includes him allying with a soon to be King of the Pirates that is named after a simian creature in an adventure where he'll be one step closer to achieving his dream...

One step closer to where the only God is him and him alone...

Not those highly deplorable Celestial Dragons...

Not those corrupt, struggling and blindly justified World Governments...

Not those arrogant and nonsensical Pirate Captains...

And of course...

Well, he'll make an exception with his only friend and ally but regardless...

All worlds shall kneel to him...

And he shall make things...
