In the 41st millennium, the Imperium of Man enters the end of days, yet on the long-forgotten and desolate world of Istvaan III, The last true emperor's children fell, injuring the beast that he had once called father.

Yet death did not claim him, he awoke in a different world, in the flesh, yet the losses and scars remain with him. In this ancient world, bearing the marks of the forces of creation and destruction. An ancient enemy resides in this realm and the horrors of the 41st millennium will spill into the world of Remnant.
