Now in college, Paul Bloom and Will Prince use their positions as the affable student president and vice president as masks to fool everyone, securing their secret second identity: the Westerling University Killer, as not-so-fondly dubbed by the WCPD. For a year, they orchestrate the murders of peers and campus personnel behind their innocent facades, with the assistance of the city's local arsonist and with the occasional run-in with the Westerling Cyberstalker -- the only person who claims to know who Paul and Will really are. Things start to become awry when Paul leaves a significant piece of evidence at a crime scene, stirring the WCPD to sniff for the duo like bloodhounds.

The blood is still drying and his bones are weary. Metropolitan Police Detective George Reynolds is in a race against time to solve a series of horrifying murders that have been linked to a sadistic cover-up at the Houses of Parliament. As George and his team uncover the truth, they soon realise that the killer is far more dangerous than they had anticipated and the sinisterly dark supernatural forces at play are beyond comprehension. With no time to spare, George must navigate a murky world of corruption, death threats, and learn the rules of the supernatural in order to bring the killer to justice. Beginning with an ominous VHS recording sent to police showing a body being drained in sixty minutes. The tape served as a warning to wake police up and prompted them to revisit a cold, covered-up investigation, instigated by powerful people in politics. 'Money makes the dirty world go round, crooked politicians keep it spinning to fill their pockets as blood paints the streets beneath their feet.'
