Y/N has been called to the Fortress of Meropeid in order to help out the head nurse examine some patients. However, due to the patient's odd behavior and Y/N's curiosity, it is revealed that there is something greater happening within these cold walls, something far beyond the abilities of a registered nurse. But, being the witty and somewhat arrogant medic she is, Y/N uncovers something sinister with the help of the fortress's duke.
