Kylie Dixon, a 9-year-old girl, is the daughter of the fearless Daryl Dixon. While her father faces the horrors of the zombie apocalypse with his typical though attitude, Kylie is the opposite: A sweet, kind and curious girl. However, a tragedy in the past has driven the two apart.

Daryl, a once loving and present father, is now withdrawn and distant from his daughter, hiding his emotions behind a cold facade. Kylie longs for the return of the father she once knew, wishing he would be the same again. When survival becomes difficult, Kylie discovers a side of Daryl she had no idea existed: The protective side.

Together, they struggle to survive in a broken world, but as long as she breathes, there is still hope.
