Prodigy's Noesis

Prodigy's Noesis revolves around a boy named Mars, who unexpectedly discovers his ability to read minds during class. He decides to use it to cheat his way through school in an attempt to gain the title "the smartest". However, another one of his classmates, the smartest in class named Max, slowly catches on. Max, in an attempt to stay the smartest, decides to investigate this possibility and reveal it by manipulating the school and Mars. Mars uses his power to try and outsmart Max, and they have a back-and-forth fight to stop each other. Based on the back-and-forth between Light and L in Death Note.
