Miraculously, Melanie and Dean find themselves free from hell. However, it's not all sunshine and rainbows for them. Things have been strange with Sam since they've been back. It feels like he's hiding something. Then there's everything with Melanie and Dean. Hell wasn't easy on either of them. Forty years in hell with torture isn't something most people can stand. Sam can tell something happened between them in hell, but he can't get either to talk about it. Then there's the mysterious way that they came back from the dead. What supernatural force could do that? Would their secrets come out? Could life go back to the way it was or would things continue to get worse?
