Five years after seemingly all pieces of Centopia were put together, the final island joined it; a small and magical island called Mahoushima. In their eagerness, the now-grown friends Mia, Mo, Yuko, Shiva, Xolana, and Kyara are quick to explore, only to find out they are trespassing on an island full of Magical Girls! When the Centopian friends refuse to leave the small island, they fight with a Magical Girl named Isana, leaving her sister dead and Kyara in critical condition. While Centopia shuns the small Isle, Shiva can't help but feel a strong need to make things right.
