"I am grateful that at last I found my true family," he murmured, looking at the celestial body above.

"Family," she corrected, "it's either a family or not," she spoke, looking down at his face as he rested his head on her lap; the two basking in the soft glow of the moonlight.

His gaze immediately traveled to her, as his smile turned bigger. His hand reached her cheek, caressing it tenderly. Slowly, it went around her neck as she lowered her face closer to his, a small sly smile playing on her lips.

Their breaths mingled, and soon their lips joined in a gentle yet passionate kiss, moving in perfect harmony. The world around them blurred, leaving only the two of them lost in the depths of their love.
