Delila and Hazel go out every Wednesday night after school. Most times Delila will just drift Hazel around.
One Wednesday Hazel wants to invite her boyfriend and his friends since they had had plans, but Hazel doesn't want to ruin their tradition, so Delila agrees.
When Hazel and the rest show up, she is drifting her purple and green car around the empty parking lot of an abandon K mart in the shady part of town.
Hazel's boyfriend's friends are quite impressed by how good she is at driving her car.
That night Delila ends up meeting one of Hazle's boyfriends' friend named Nick. They end up fitting together quite well. Too well.

~ I put my foot down and drive to the first corner. He trails off as his thumb brushes my lips enough to turn my head towards him. Before I know it, the space between us is closing and my body is frozen.
