What if after the Blip, there was one person Wanda hadn't seen during the battle. She wasn't sure until later when Clint pulled her aside and explained what happened during her time away. 
Now, with only one thing on her mind, Wanda does everything in her power to bring Natasha back. If Steve had managed to bring back the Infinity Stone's to the right time and place, then surely, Natasha's sacrifice for the soul stone would have been null and void. 
With the war against Thanos finally over, and Vision gone, alongside Steve being retired and Tony's death. It's up to Wanda to get her favorite redhead back. She couldn't lose anyone else...if she was torn up over Vision, something about losing Natasha left her heart positively broken.

Not much has happened since she moved into the Avengers compound, and she's okay with that. She spends most of her time helping the newest Avenger, Wanda Maximoff, hone her raw strength, which is no easy feat. Natasha's happy to help until both of them start to have a few unfortunate realizations. Like maybe that twinge in Natasha's gut is jealousy, and maybe Wanda has a thing for women who could kill her a million different ways. Wanda is in shock. His mind is ripped apart from hers like glue. She grabs her head in her hands, trying to contain a scream. "Tony, what the hell happened?" Tony gazes at the empty spot where Pietro was. His eyes are empty; shock makes him stumble. "I-I don't know." · ~ · ~ · ~ · ~ · In an attempt to bring Pietro Maximoff back to life, Tony Stark and Helen Cho create a machine that vibrates Quicksilver's naturally vibrating molecules at a level that raises his brain activity. Wanda Maximoff uses her magical powers to get inside his head to coax him back to the world of the living. Instead of bringing Pietro back, the machine sends his body and mind to an alternate reality, where the Avengers are in comics and movies, and Quicksilver himself is no more than a famed character among nerds. When Steve went to return the stones, he's not only bringing the stones with him but the slightest hope of bringing Natasha back. No one really expected how easy to get the sacrifice back opposite to how hard it was to get the stone, but no one's gonna complain on getting Natasha Romanoff back, it was what everyone wanted. After Steve got Natasha back they sat down for a moment and talked about the possibilities of Steve staying in his original time. What happens if he stays, how will it affect Natasha? "You're thinking of staying..." she was stating more than questioning. "I'm not sure Nat... I got a new life here..." "But that's not the life you wanted..." After S.H.E.I.L.D came across L/n and her abilities, they began a slow process of helping her contain and control her powers, and through this process, L/n learnt how to feel her emotions on command. As she controls her emotions they combine to create her main power, healing. The only problem S.H.E.I.L.D has yet to figure out is that as L/n heals others she has to feel small amounts of their pain, but does not cause any physical damage to herself.
