Blythe looked at her captor, his blue eyes looking at her with hatred. the vain on his forehead was visible, his face bloodied and bruised yet you could tell that some of the blood was not his, which made Blythe feel an immense amount of dispair. 

"Have you ever been tortured? do you think I'm torturing you by keeping you away from your oh so wonderful castle? filled with gold, all you can feast pleasures. . .while my people starve!" 

he yelled, his voice resentful. he looked at her as if she was the scum of the earth. quite ironic considering that her father thought that Wulfstan, her captor was the scum himself. 

"please free me. . .please. . .I want to find my sister so we can go home, I won't let my father know it was-"before she could finish, he forcefully grabbed her neck, his grip tight, yet gentle. he looked at her in her eyes.

"I'm going to slit your throat in front of your father and your whole kingdom. . .show them that you don't bleed gold." he whispered.
