Hearts discontent with the constant tug of fate, a shining light which all pertains - slowly yet surely growing. Katsue grew up with the undying and unyielding desire to help others. Devoting herself to her internship at her school's nursing office, she finds herself comforted by the order and care of healthcare. Each day spent working fills an ever pertaining hole within her soul, but gaps are left yearning as she fails to properly quench the thirst of her inner (and most eccentric) self. That is, until a large-framed boy stumbles into the office one morning with a unique wound with and even more unique story. Words collide, and she begins to see her destiny unfold right before her eyes. Though it confuses her, and distresses her greatly: Fates are meant to be intertwined, and destinies will eventually align to reveal the truth.

Not long after Jotaro and Kakyoin graduate from high school, they got married and moved to a small beach like area on the outskirts of Tokyo. And even had a little girl they named "Jolyne", but then one day.. They recieved an urgent call from The Speedwagon Foundation. Jotaro's been gone for almost three months on a business trip, leaving Kakyoin and their five year old daughter, Jolyne, completely alone. At least one-three times a week Jotaro will call home, just checking in. But one sunny afternoon when Kakyoin picks up the phone, that's not the case. In the town where Jotaro was sent to work, Morioh, stand users are popping up one after another. But they've been easy enough for the most part. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone.
