Gabriel didn't understand what happened, why his best friend had suddenly disappeared over the summer. he had tried to talk to the winchesters over the summer, but Dean more often than not was gone, and their older brother Michael refused to say anything. it was like Sam had just dropped off the face of the earth. now Sam had come back for school as if nothing had happened, except for the fact that when ever Gabriel tried to talk to him, he would go in the other direction.
