"Nobility"

Magos Primeon Calixis was born in Primus IV, he had poor opinions about his world of origin and did not like the nobility of the world even in the slightest. a lowborn commoner and son of the planetary governor's servant, he is made witness to the debauchery of the nobility. Magis Primeon Calixis has never thought that he would be sent back to his homeworld a hundred twenty years after he joined the Adeptus Mechanicus. He is sent back to maintain and improve the systems that power the rapidly expanding infrastructure and industrial capacity of Primus IV. He left it as low level civilized world, now it is a prosperous world riddled with corporations, gangs, noble houses, and traders from different parts of the Imperium all doing business for the highest bidder.
