This is an old story I had in mind, it's a chess themed magical group who uses power keys, clocks and their skills to survive in a world where both kings got separated. The white king, Yassumi Monarch, got trapped/sheltered into the world of dream and so did one of his knights, Diamond and one of the white bishops, Loan Fostin, who will take courage to leave the hideout and gather a group of brave warriors to help him restore the people's emotional state and purify the black king once it for all.
The black king is Yassumi's brother, Samson Monarch, who has been corrupted by a mysterious dark spell and now wants to harm people emotionally, because there's nothing worse then a broken mind and heart.
But have no fear! The pieces will help us. It's not specifically girls or boys, it's a mix match! :] with our leader being The Knight, Jonathan, who's a brave and talented warrior, but when he's not being a hero he's a normal pastel goth kid at school.
It practically has inspiration on the magical girl and other animes I saw when I was a kid, like Glitter Force doki doki, Inu Yasha, Sakura card captor, etc.
Hope you'll like it!! ♡

Ryu Seo-woo is an award-winning best vocalist who tragically died in a plane crash and transmigrated to a BL novel, "Serenade Me, My Angel" which he read out of boredom. He transmigrated into the body of the sub-villain, who shares his name but is a C-list singer with a ruined voice due to throat damage. Living in a decrepit house with his five-year-old triplet sons (Seo-jun, Seo-min, and Seo-jin) who despise him for years of neglect and abuse, Seo-woo is determined to rewrite their lives. The novel's main couple: the stoic CEO Moon Woo-seok and his innocent, angelic singer Jin Yu-jin are destined for a happy ending. In the original story, Seo-woo's character dies in a fire, leaving his genius triplets to be adopted by the main couple. However, the transmigrated Seo-woo has no intention of dying or letting the original plot play out. Can he win over his sons and forge a new path?
