CENESIA, the city of the harvest market. The farmers rely on those with the powers of weather. Five powerful goddesses that give them the perfect climate in exchange for the humans treasure. The people could see them roam through the sky as their weather was falling down on the city's land.

But after years of wealth, the people started to complain about the snow. The snow that would fall down on the days the other weathers weren't filling the sky. The snow became a burden, how hard Olowen tried to satisfy her people, her snow was never good enough. Sometimes too much, sometimes too little. People started to ignore her, stopped worshiping her and gave her treasures to the other four goddesses. To her four siblings.

Olowen wanted revenge. Olowen wanted to be useful like her siblings. She wanted her snow to be useful for once, but she knew that the snow would never help the harvest like the rain or wind, the heat or thunder. She wanted her siblings to suffer, and she found a way to do that.

IMMORTALS TEARS, the prophecy to make the immortals invisible for the mortals. She casted the spell. Her siblings became invisible to the people they loved so much. No one saw them anymore, no one could dance with them by campfire light. As punishment, the four goddesses banished Olowen from the lands of Cenesia. Olowen was never seen again, and the goddesses had to find a way to communicate with their people again.

OF KINGS AND PAWNS

84 parts Complete

Ray is low on time, luck, and hope; his only chance is an artifact that may not even exist. But upon meeting Landon, Ray is beginning to believe he might find all four. ***** Cambions are doomed to tragedy. They are weak, sickly creatures that rarely live to see their twentieth year. Ray refuses to resign himself to that fate. Upon learning of the Crimson Sheath-an artifact capable of preserving his life-Ray is prepared to fight, steal, and kill to get his hands on it. He is not prepared for Landon. Landon is an orphan with no memories of his parents, the only inheritance left to him a dagger, sleeping in a crimson sheath. Though he has no love of bloodshed and no use for a dagger, Landon isn't about to let Ray take his only link to his forgotten history, even if that means following the cambion past the edge of the world and into the shadow beyond.
