This story takes place in Africa, specifically in Kinshasa, Congo-Kinshasa, at the French school of Kinshasa. It tells the tale of seven ordinary youths who become Power Rangers of the Congolese National Police (P.N.C) to combat the forces of evil. However, these malevolent forces, led by the master Xendred, will not go down without a fight.
