Shoto and Katsuki have been dating since Middle school but Katsuki's parents moved him halfway through and he then went to UA no one knew about their relationship except for Katsuki's siblings. Katsuki moved to UA and him and Shoto's relationship is still strong. This fact infuriated Momo because she was in love with Shoto. Of course Shoto being oblivious he didn't know. This causes even more drama.
