Overlord x Male Reader

Ever since he was a kid, Y/N had always been weak and spent most of his life at the hospital. He heard of the release of the game YGGDRASILL and wished he could play it. His parents got him a copy of the game. As he kept playing the game, he eventually ran into a skeleton known as momonga, and he was eventually accepted into the guild Ainz Ooal Gown, where he quickly became friends with the guild members. But now, after 12 years, Y/N knows he doesn't have much time left and chooses to spend his last day alive in YGGDRASILL with his best friend Momonga. What neither of them know is that this day will change their lives entirely.
