the goddess' shares are at an all time low, Histoire makes a suggestion, one that she clearly doesn't approve but has no options left...Neptune and her friends must each have...a child (in the traditional way!) to permanently stabilize their shares. Neptune and her friends pick James Senkishizawa, a young man (who came via a dimensional rift along with his stuff from laptop with disc player, smartphone, ipad and dvds in several carrying bags) whom they've been interacting with and became their friend for the past few months to be the father of their children. James is clearly uncomfortable about having a harem but Histoire insists it's the only way to save Gamindustri. Poor James is not ready for all this romance!! Lemons in later chapters!

He grows up with a sardonic nature due to the fact of Blanc's influence especially when he hears her swear in front of him. Nepgear, Rom and Ram are his only childhood friends especially Nepgear whom he played a lot with, and he also got attached to her, making up a promise with her to become a Basilicom Knight to protect her. As reaching the age of 15, he enters as a Basilicom guard at Planeptune and the top tier Basilicom knight taught him swordmaship until he became a 2nd tier Basilicom knight Throughout the years, when ASIC controls Gamindustri, Perseus helps a lot to keep ASIC from taking over Planeptune with piracy, dealing Linda as she spreads it around Planeptune for years. 3 years later, IF and Compa manage to bring back Nepgear safe and sound while the other CPUs are still held captive with a formidable for guarding them. Histoire insists that they should recover their lost shares before attempting a rescue mission and they should also seek help with the CPU candidates from the other nations.
