One day after volleyball practice, Jannah was casually walking home. Her sister was in 8th grade, so she came home earlier. Jannah was walking alone from her stop when suddenly she spots something on the ground. It was inky and dark. She bends over to look at the weird substance. She doesn't touch it though. Then she looks at the tree beside her which is where the ink was coming from. She just thought it was funny looking tree sap until suddenly...as she continued walking, the ground collapsed...She blacked out and woke up in a weirdly odd version of her world.

This is my first time actually writing something on Wattpad for people to see so if it's bad, if it has errors, don't judge. I'm doing this for fun.

****Copyrighted**** 'Tell me you don't feel it.' He whispered against my lips, and the trembling that had ceased at the feel of his lips against mine began again with renewed vigor. 'Tell me it's not what you want, and I'll go. You'll never have to see me again.' Swallowing, I looked up at the eyes that had entranced me from the start. I took in his every feature, slowly and deliberately. I thrilled at the feeling of his arms enfolding me, and I inhaled his familiar scent with a trembling breath. And then, then I did the most foolish thing imaginable: I flung my arms about his neck and kissed him with all that I had, almost losing myself in the safety and security I felt. But more than that, I ran. I took his moment of shock, the slight loosing of his arms about me, and tore myself away from him, shoving out the door and into the rain. I suppose I'll never know why he didn't follow me. It was the thing I feared most. I knew that if he came for me a second time, I wouldn't be able to say 'no'. I wouldn't be able to run. But I had to. I had to go. I couldn't let him be hurt because of me. He would live on now, and I would marry another. I had leased my last bit of passion in that one moment in his arms, and as I made my way through the dark streets, I felt myself become dull and lost like the creatures bound in the menagerie. **Much of this was written when I was younger and then I came back later and finished it. There will likely be mistakes. Lots of them.

I watched him watch me as he was about to press his fist into the big red button that read "Emergency Fire!". I was unable to form words because, I thought about how hot he looked as he stared back at me with such intensity. It just intrigued me. I finally snapped out of my trance, but not because I'd came to my senses, but because I felt a cold sensation running down my body. I blinked about three times before it finally registered that he'd pressed the button and now water was spilling from the roof, and some students were laughing and playing. My breath hitched in my throat as he came closer. "You really should've worn a more, I don't know, a thicker shirt or bra. Because your two lovely friends are standing at attention." as the words left his mouth, realization caught up to me and I flushed with embarrassment and quickly crossed my arms over my chest. Talk about scarred for life! Jerk. Meet Charm Mill, your typical nerdface. She's the smartest girl in school, straight A's, great punctuality.. eveything in the book. She's also the invisible girl. No one notices her. But, for her, that's a great thing. She feels that going unnoticed means less drama, which is correct. But, what happens when Heath Cullen gets himself in trouble because he's not performing the way he should and the principal forces Charm to tutor him? Will this be a ticket to hell or a ticket for the bad boy to find his true love? Copyrighted. ©
