The story takes place in Houston, Texas.  There are 4 main characters- River, Alyssa, Alex, and Aaron.  It is basically about a group of epic teenagers who go out to try and get rid of this group called the Nightmares, who make the Rubies.  If you want to know more, just read it!  The character relationships are kinda complicated, just FYI.
