In 2070, global warming has taken a deeper affect. Water levels are rising more than ever. In an attempt to save humanity, Mission Anchor is projected to have humans create society underwater and adapt and evolve to living underwater. But recently, the humans still on Earth have been fed up with these "lies" the government gives them about the people living underwater, in Aqualite, and have plotted to attack and bring all the humans back to Earth to get rid of this "made-up, stupid mission". Join Arabella as she fights the humans on Earth to save Aqualite's reputation as a plot only to destroy the human population.
