so basically natsuo becomes a villian and only dabi(touya) only knows about blizzard(natsuo) real identity, dabi trains natsuo because natsuo can't use his ice quirk very well then natsuo becomes a vilian (this is before yk dabi becomes a vilian✨️) also natsuo knows touya is dabi✨️

So I'm probably not going to get the answer I want from the Manga and this whole thing is a creation of my own on the 'lost years' of Touya Todoroki.
