Alice Rogers was the first female in the war and the only female howling commando, she and bucky both gave their lives falling from the train.
She falls into HYDRAs hands as well as bucky, she is known as the shadow soldier.
The shadow and winter soldiers are the deadliest assassins in the world, or at least, they were.  This is set after bucky escapes from HYDRA and instead of hiding he joins the Avengers. But Alice is still with HYDRA.
