Phantom Storm was caught in a portal that was one of the final contingency plan dark admiral had created to get rid of Phantom Storm. Now Phantom Storm is temporairly trapped in the prime world of hazbin hotel and must help defeat both adam and the warrior of corrupted darkness who he follows.
