Julie White, her sister Jamie White, and their parents had to move to McFarland, California, after an unfortunate event in Boise, Idaho, played out.

Being the only fully white girl in the entire school, it was going to be difficult for Julie to fit in. That is.. until she meets someone who might just change her life, both good and bad.
