Long ago four friends escaped from their famine and war-stricken home, chased by the oppressive Invaders. They wash up on the isle of Never, an archipelago with magical properties.
Upon attempting to leave they are pushed back time and time again. the four friends fight over what to do, and inability go their separate ways.
fast forward a few years and the Isle is thriving, spit in half into two bickering societies.
and that is where our story begins,
Emma looked for an escape from her boring life and found it on the Isle of Never, but the invaders have found their way to the island and this time neither side is ready.
Emma must find a way to unite the sides before it's too late. But not everyone is happy with this young upstart coming to try and change their ways, and some may even kill her for it...
