The journey from generative AI proofs of concepts (POCs) to full-scale production is often filled with challenges. While an initial POC can seem promising and exciting, the transition to production can be daunting due to factors including unrealistic ideas, unprepared data, and unclear benefits. However, by creating and executing a strategic planning process that ensures alignment with long-term objectives, organizations can streamline this transition effectively.

Challenges in Transitioning Generative AI POCs to Production
Transitioning generative AI POCs to production poses numerous challenges to organizations. Whether it's internal misalignment or a lack of understanding the technology, it's important to be aware of potential concerns before encountering them so you can proactively plan ahead.

Lack of Alignment with Organizational Objectives
One of the most significant challenges an organization can face in transitioning a POC to production is the lack of alignment with organizational objectives. Oftentimes the boards of an organization are saying "do gen AI," but no one is creating a clear roadmap of what needs to be done.

Without a clear understanding of how the POC aligns with the broader goals of the organization, it becomes difficult to justify investing the necessary resources. This misalignment often stems from a disconnect between the technical teams developing the POC and the business leaders setting organizational goals. To overcome this, it's important to establish a clear link between the POC and the organization's strategic objectives from the beginning so everyone in the organization is on the same page.

Just because we're living in a world where a disease can make the dead walk, doesn't mean that that disease is the only one we have to worry about. Junin2-one of the most deadliest diseases out there. We need the vaccine. Now that most doctors are dead and most medical equipment and knowledge is gone, we have to prepare for this disease as best we can. The only way we can do that, is get the vaccine. The only problem, the vaccine is locked away in a high security facility run by an AI. To get in, you must be registered as an employee of the company Xia-Hifa, the company that creates the vaccine. That is where I come in. Time is running out. Junin2 season is getting closer and closer. I have to get in there and get that vaccine before it kills us all in one of the most horrendous ways possible. It shouldn't be too hard-get my special T-shirt, do well on my performances, and get out. Should be okay, right? Wrong. A.N.N.I.E. is a lot smarter than we thought. Don't speak. Don't let it hear your voice. It will deceive you. It will hurt you. "You keep calling me 'it'. You wouldn't like being called 'it', would you?" Let me ask you this, what is your top priority? "Safe is an interesting concept." Mine is saving Abel, no the matter the cost. "Tagged you, Five. You're 'it'." Disclaimer-I do now own Zombies, Run! or its characters. I only own the characters I created on my own. This is my Five's version of the 2016 Virtual Race.
Fountellion in THE SPIRAL: Greenwise & the Nature of the Game by Ademc77

A gateway to a long-awaited, always-online virtual island (an 'Autonomous World' or 'Permaworld') has opened for those who've found a key. This includes Dan Harvester, a guy who lives in a run-down apartment with his cat and runs a gaming channel. He's almost done playing and testing VR games, but this one could be his final chance to - truly - level up. What can it promise to him, and all its very first 'pioneers'? 'Fountellion'...is said to be 'natural' game-world, a N.E.P. world (Naturally-Evolving PermaWorld) full of artificial life that mimics the laws of our own natural world, with its shaping force of evolution. The game promises to be more than an open-world survival experience, for there are seven 'Insights' scattered and every player can find their own path to them. How much will Dan be changed, by his own search? A game-within-a-game or a simulated homage to the natural world? A complete vision of a 'metaverse' design which overgrows or salvages addicted players? There is only one way to find out: Tune in and experience Dan's 'avalogs'. For only by completing them and the fragments from the development, may you too discover the vision and legacy of 'Fountellion'... Notes: Please be aware this is speculative sci-fi, and includes outlines for an actual game-world within the story. The project is also decentralised and open source. This is the old version of this book. It will be discontinued but there is currently a new version being made right now which is on my profile. Koa, a 17 year old boy lived in a world full of shifters. It's his last year of high school and he is ready to be done and move on with his life. Tomorrow is his 18th birthday which indicates he will finally be able to find his mate. Throughout his first day as a senior, he found his classes and even made friends on the way. In one of his classes though, English, a conversation started on the topic of the known to be extinct dragon shifters. Even though it got dark, he remained the same and went on about his day. Many people avoided Koa due to him being intimidating. He was known for having a bad temper and getting into many fights for no absolute reason. And surprisingly, he was an omega with the looks and temper of an alpha. Excited to meet his mate, he couldn't wait for the day to end, but little did he know his life would change forever on the day he thought would be his best. "You're ours, nobody else shall touch you or they may never touch anything again." "If it means locking you up where the only ones who can please you, touch you, and enjoy your presence is us, then we will be sure to make that happen, little puppy." "We've waited your whole life to get you under our possession. We will have you once you wake." -Make sure to check out tags before reading.- MxMxB/MxMxM ⚠️There has been many complaints and concerns regarding the story, so please be warned that the Mc will be treated more like a pet/animal throughout the story and especially the beginning, but this will get better and calm down after some time.⚠️ TW: Suicide attempts Self harm (not too much) Manipulation Kidnapping Chains/collars/muzzles/leashes/ropes Some bondage Stockholm syndrome/trauma bonding Slaves Unfair treatment Agegap (17-19 years) Deaths/killings Mentions of torture (some does show) Attempted rape Etc

Welcome to your Antifragile Leadership journey! I am thrilled to have you onboard. It has always been my philosophy that knowledge only becomes power when it is shared. I created this E workbook with demands for leaders and game changers like you in mind. You'll have a great time learning because these are the lessons that we wish could have been taught to us when we were starting out our careers but now we are provided with the amazing opportunity to include it in our leadership toolkit. Each page is experience and wisdom centered. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams. You'll experience world-class cohort-based learning as leaders at hyper-growth companies and business owners facing high levels of complexity, diversity and ambiguity. By the end of your read, you'll have increased confidence and tools for building antifragile teams that scale-delivered in a meaningful experience with lasting impact. I'm grateful for your support.
