After a harrowing battle with the demon Muzan, Giyuu Tomioka awakens from a six-month coma only to find himself adrift in a sea of lost memories. The last three years of his life are a blank, leaving him with no recollection of a past filled with struggle, growth, and an intricate relationship with Sanemi Shinazugawa.

Sanemi, devastated by the loss of Giyuu's memory, is tormented by the void that now separates them. Their shared history, once vibrant and charged with complex emotions, is now lost to Giyuu, leaving Sanemi grappling with the painful reality that Giyuu has forgotten their connection. The burden of this lost relationship weighs heavily on Sanemi's heart, intensifying his feelings of helplessness and grief.

Desperate to reclaim the fragments of his past, Giyuu requests to live with Sanemi, hoping that close proximity might spark the return of his forgotten memories. As they navigate this new phase of their lives, both men are forced to confront their unresolved feelings, the nature of their bond, and the possibility of a future rebuilt from the ruins of the past.
