Margaret "Maggie" Winston is the mayor's granddaughter. With his position in Townsville she has a great relationship with the PowerPuff Girls. The Mayor decided to give the boys a chance in society. He knows that his granddaughter wants to have children and she can be that mother figure the boys need.
