How many dragons must die?

Sage has lived most of his life with his horrid aunt since his parents were killed. Ever since, Sage has dreamed of becoming a knight in hopes of having protection against such monstrous creatures. But when he's given an apprenticeship as a dragon keeper, Sage can't help but be terrified. He'll now be spending the rest of his life with such awful creatures. After arriving in "The Sanctuary," a safe-haven for magical creatures, Sage soon learns of the attacks on wild flights. His mentor, Conan, insist the pair go check on a nearby flight only to find the forest ablaze. Entrusted with three eggs, Sage is told to go back to "The Sanctuary" while Conan ventures into the mountains of the dragon council. Sage returns only to find the safe-haven has been attacked.
