Synopsis:
Keiran, a small and quiet student, endures daily bullying at his high school. He's easy prey for the other boys, who find amusement in his timid nature and inability to defend himself. His world is turned upside down when Maverick, a new transfer student with a reputation for being a "bad boy," arrives at the school. Maverick's imposing presence and gruff demeanor make him seem intimidating, but beneath the tough exterior lies a vulnerable soul. He was once a victim of abuse himself, and he finds himself drawn to Keiran's delicate beauty and seemingly helpless nature.
On the first day of school, Keiran is targeted by a group of bullies, but Maverick steps in to protect him. This unexpected act of kindness sparks a connection between the two boys, a connection that is both dangerous and exhilarating. As they spend more time together, Keiran begins to see a different side of Maverick, and he finds himself drawn to his strength and his hidden tenderness. But their relationship is complicated by Maverick's past, his fear of vulnerability, and the threat of the bullies who are determined to make their lives a living hell.
