Mei Elsher never saw herself as "that" type of person. You know, the one with the big smile, and the pretty laugh, and the loud personality. The one that everyone's eyes drifted to as they walked in the room, amazed by their beauty, envious of the way it came so naturally.
Mei was ordinary. And she was ok with that...until the most extraordinary person she ever knew dies, leaving her with seven words.
"What are you alive to die for?"
It's those words that lead Mei to destroy her bedroom, paint the walls yellow, and her hair to match. It's those words that spark a change in her heart, be it for better or worse.
