Creator: Friend or Foe?
This story began as a NaNoWriMo 2012 work, with no planning, and even less idea of plot. I learned from that experience that I am not a 'pantser' -and spent about 20 painful months trying to turn my stream-of-consciousness 3-stories-in-one into one coherent novel, following the timeline and events in the Book of Genesis. I discovered that that is not a great way to build a plot. I ended after 5 more drafts, at about 60k words. There is another draft on my blog, slightly longer, a bit more experimental. This is only meant to be a marker of progress. I hope some may find it enjoyable, useful, and even helpful. Creative Writing: Stories & Poems
Okay, so for my senior year, I took a creative writing class as an elective. Mostly because I didn't have a sixth or seventh period and I wanted to give it a try. Not only did it have Creative Writing with making different stories, for the second half of the school year the class goes into making poems and crap like that. Making a book on Wattpad about this was my idea alone because I want to share what I came up with. This will include what I wrote down according to the writing prompt given, along with the poems that I made. This book will not last long as this is just to show off what I came up with in that one class, but still, stories are meant to be shared plus its a different kind of creativity.
