tommy has a quirk that makes him bring people back from the dead but he cant let anyone know. he told his friend but his friend eft him. he goes to take his hunter license but on the way there he met a guy naemd best friends george and reki kyan. they go to a sewer and meet quackity. quackity friend witth hisoka and illumi and they become friends btu hisoka and illumi isnt happy.
