Chan had a goal to eliminate a people trafficking group plaguing his city. His small but tough group run into issues when they kidnap the wrong one and Chan ends up with his hands full.
Felix is mafia born but not in the actual mafia. When he gets kidnapped to be used as a pawn his kidnapper is in for a rough time once the mouthy brat kicks off. Plus he has father issues to contend with.
