Izuku Midoriya -a kid with a dream and a fierce force of will that will do anything to protect those who are to weak to even bother to defend themself against someone stronger that abusive his powers over people that they consider inferior to them,- meets an immortal being (a tiny bit of god, if you prefer) that will bond with him, to give Izuku the power he needs to move forward and fight for his more desired dream; to become a symbol of hope for the weak, the greatest hero.
All of this in exchange for having the intention of following to things that will change the path he seeks to follow and the way he views the cruel world he lives in.
An oath, and an ideal.
To say the immortal words that were once lost and then found, and then found again by this broken teen.
To protect those who cannot protect themself.
