It's a place where people can drink away, without a care, and thriving off of bliss that's been touched by shitty gin. Where people miggle and conversate with new found freedom, even if it's only for a few hours. However, if you're America, it's quiet difficult to do so if your greatest rival is only a few feet away from you.

Seeing Soviet after hours has always put a weird taste in America's mouth, he doesn't know how to properly react when seeing Soviet away from the workplace. To be friendly or agressive are his main options, but he ussally choises the ladder. However, everything changes tonight... Tonight will shake the core of their relationship.
