Rebirth of Sokovia

After the fall of Sokovia and the loss of his family, Baron Helmut Zemo is driven by a singular purpose: to rebuild his war-torn country. Escaping from captivity and reclaiming his castle, Zemo embarks on a mission to restore Sokovia to its former glory. His efforts to attract international investment are met with mixed reactions, but he remains focused on his vision for the future.

Amidst the chaos of rebuilding, Zemo encounters Anya, a resilient young woman whose family's restaurant was destroyed by a radical rebel group. Despite her trauma, Anya's strength and courage capture Zemo's heart. As their relationship deepens, Zemo's commitment to both his country and Anya is tested.

However, their new-found peace is threatened when Bucky Barnes arrives with orders to apprehend Zemo. Confronted with his past crimes, Zemo tries to convince Bucky of his genuine transformation and commitment to rebuilding Sokovia. Anya, fiercely protective of Zemo, defends him against Bucky's accusations.

As Zemo reveals his past and the motivations behind his actions, he showcases the progress he's made in restoring Sokovia. Bucky, moved by the evidence of Zemo's sincere efforts, agrees to report favorably but stresses that Zemo must still face the consequences of his past.
