Two successful career women suddenly lose everything they've worked for and decide to start anew in Italy. Hyacinth Celestia and Azalea Aikawa, best friends since college, choose to fulfill their lifelong dream of spending an extended vacation in Italy. This first book follows Hyacinth Celestia, a renowned architect who was a key figure at the prestigious firm Merge. Her career takes an unexpected turn when a scandal at her workplace results in her losing her job. Amid this turmoil, her best friend Azalea suggests an impulsive idea. Without much hesitation, Hyacinth agrees to embark on a new adventure with Azalea. As they travel to Italy, Hyacinth seeks to rekindle her creative spark, which had dimmed after years of working in a high-pressure environment. While trying to rediscover her passion and creativity, she also finds herself entangled in an unexpected romance in one of the most romantic countries in the world.
